There
may be little time left in a day spent filling job applications,
finding a place for child care, and calling utilitiy companies
about overdue payments to stop and catch up on a budget. REAP
is one of the few emergency aid agencies that requires clients
to attend a financial management class before receiving
financial assistnace. A broken budget can prevent anyone from
making ends meet, but it only takes one hour to fix.
STOP
THE SHUT-OFF
It's
hard for anyone to get back on his or her feet without lights,
